Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, after calling for connected records pertaining to the passing of the order dated 30.10.2015 in Letter No. 1551/ADW7/2013-25 passed by the First Respondent quash the same and consequently, direct the First Respondent to issue appointment order with effect from 29.06.2011 to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher in the pursuance of selection made by the Teachers Recruitment Board dated 23.11.2009 and as directed by this Hon'ble Court in it order dated 29.06.2011 in W.P. No. 40820 of 2006 with all arrears of salary and other benefits.
