This Review Application has been filed to review the common order passed in W.P.Nos.28686 & 31444 of 2012 dated 25.03.2025.

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 07.10.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 09.10.2025 under the caption ''For Dismissal'', but today also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

Review Appln.(writ) No196 of 2025 M.DHANDAPANI, J This petition has been listed under the caption "For being Mentioned" at the instance of Registry.

2. This Review Application was dismissed for non-prosecution on 09.10.2025. However, inadvertently in the appearance portion, it was shown that the petitioner appeared as party-in-person.

3. Registry is directed to delete the same and instead mark 'No Appearance' for the petitioner in the appearance portion and issue fresh order copy to the parties.
