ORDER

This petition is filed praying to direct the respondent/Police to file the final report in Crime No.8 of 2025 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The FIR in Crime No.8 of 2025 on the file of the respondent-Police, 1 / 3

was registered for the offences under Section 85, 316(2) and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. and under Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. Considering the nature of the offences, the respondent-Police is directed to expedite the investigation and file charge-sheet within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
