This petition has been filed to quash CC.No.9 of 2015 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Chengalpattu. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent has submitted that the trial has already commenced, during which, prosecution examined PW.1 to PW.34 and their evidence closed. Now, the matter is posted for the defence witnesses. Therefore, after commencement of trial, the proceedings cannot be quashed and he prayed for dismissal of the Original Petition.
