Crl.M.P. No.12144 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No.16821 of 2024 P. DHANABAL, J.

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16821 of 2024 by the order dated 16.07.2024 ie., to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am for a period of 3 months.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the other aspects and the petitioners had complied with the conditions without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
