Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the petitioners land, subdivide the survey No.568, Patta No.2126 Punjai Kolanalli "B" Village, Kodumudi Taluk, Erode District and issue a separate patta to the petitioners as per the sale deed of the petitioners.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the petitioners land, subdivide the survey No.568, Patta No.2126 Punjai Kolanalli "B" Village, Kodumudi Taluk, Erode District and issue a separate patta to the petitioners as per the sale deed of the petitioners.

2. Heard, Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, the fourth respondent is directed to sub-divide the land in survey No.568, Patta No.2126 situated at Punjai Kolanalli "B" Village, Kodumudi Taluk, Erode District, after issuance of notice to the petitioners and the counter parties, if any and after giving them opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
