This petition is filed to condone the delay of 231 days in representing the above appeal against the judgment and decree dated 19.08.2019 passed in M.C.O.P.No.272 of 2014 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Additional District Court (FTC), Kancheepuram.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 231 days is condoned and this petition is ordered.
