ORDER

This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the learned Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, to expedite the trial in a time bound manner in S.C.No.229 of 2015 on the file of the Sessions Court, Chengalpattu.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the second respondent herein is the accused in Crime No.950 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 380 IPC and the case has been taken as S.C.No.229 of 2015 on the file of the Sessions Court, Chengalpattu. He further submits that the petitioner is the defacto complainant and she has come forward with this petition for early disposal of S.C.No.229 of 2015 within the time as fixed by this Court. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the case has been posted before the trial Court on 18.03.2016 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to fix the date for trial. Hence, he leaves this matter for Court's consideration.

4.Considering the submissions made on both sides, it is a fit case to give a direction to the trial Court to dispose S.C.No.229 of 2015. Accordingly, the learned Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, is directed to dispose of S.C.No.229 of 2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
