This petition has been filed by the petitioner to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.07.2019 sought for revocation of suspension order dated 15.07.2014 in proceeding No.R.C.No.1310/A/2014 - 1 passed by the 2nd respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the suspension order was subsequently revoked by the respondents. Accordingly, prays for appropriate order. 3.In the light of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this petition stands closed. No costs.
