Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to issue patta to the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's application dated 25.11.2016 in Application No.2016/0103/04/027436 which was sent by e-service No.18004251333 for the petitioner house to an extent of 0.15 cents situated at No.1/2, Sevoor Village, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to issue patta to the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's application dated 25.11.2016 in Application No.2016/0103/04/027436 which was sent by e-service No.18004251333 for the petitioner house to an extent of 0.15 cents situated at No.1/2, Sevoor Village, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District.

2. Heard, Mr. S. Venkatesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

3. The petitioner made an application on 25.11.2016 for issuance of patta and the said application may not be available in the office of the respondent due to paucity of several years. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

application for issuance of patta in respect of the property admeasuring 0.15 cents situated at No.1/2, Sevoor Village, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District, before the respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the application, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, after giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
