This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation to the Inspector of Police, CBCID Police, Puducherry in Crime No.51 of 2015 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint, which was registered on 5.8.2015 in Crime No.51 of 2015 for the offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC, r/w.34 of IPC and Section 4 of Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (banning) Act 1978. no progress in the investigation, he has come forward with the present petition for the relief stated above.

3. At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that already investigation is done and charge sheet has been levied before the learned Judicial Magistrate IV, Puducherry for the offence under Section 420 of IPC, r/w.34 of IPC and Section 4 of Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (banning) Act 1978 and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.606 of 2016 .
