These applications have been filed to (i) file a photocopy/certified embossed copy of the said death certificate being Document No.3, as secondary evidence, (ii) file a photocopy/certified copy of Sale Deed dated 14.12.1959 bearing Document No.2759/59 registered in the office of the Sub Registrar, Thiruvanantha puram, being Document No.7 as secondary evidence, (iii) file a photocopy of Statement of Account of the Savings Bank Account in the name of Shri.R.Srinivasan in Canara Bank, Thiruvananthapuram, being Document No.10, as secondary evidence and (iv) take on record the original affidavit of Mr.Thomas Mei, being Document No.12, as evidence, either through PW-1, being the power agent of the petitioner herein, or as evidence of the said Mr.Thomas Mei, proved by way of an affidavit and dispense with examination of the said Mr.Thomas Mei as a witness respectively.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these applications and considering the submissions, these applications are allowed subject to proof and relevancy.
