ORDER

Learned counsel for the respondent has placed before this Court the 'No due Certificate" issued by the respondent to the petitioner, which discloses that the petitioner had settled the dues of the respondent.

2.There is no representation on the side of the petitioner. Since the respondent has stated that the dues payable by the petitioner to the respondent have been fully settled, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3.In view of the fact that the claim of the respondent against the petitioner has been fully settled, which was the subject matter of the civil suit, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected CMP is closed.
