The petitioner, who is arrayed as first accused, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.02.2016 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 5(p) r/w Section 6 and 16 of POSCO Act,2012, in Crime No.96 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
