(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 29.01.2025 made in W.A.No.253 of 2025.

2. Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.J.C.Durairaj, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has submitted that, the order of this Court has been complied with and in support of his contention, he has produced a copy of the proceedings issued in this regard by the District Educational Officer (Elementary), Villupuram District dated 24.10.2025.

3. This factor is not controverted by Mr.C.Mahendran, learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In that view of the matter, since the direction given by this Court has been complied with and the order has been passed, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition.
