3. This application is filed only to correct the typographical error occurred in paragraph 27 (a) of the written statement i.e. to replace the first defendant in the place of third defendant.

4. Considering the facts and submissions of the learned counsel appearing for both sides, this application is ordered.

5. The Registry is directed to permit the applicant to make necessary amendment and file a amended copy of the same. Post the matter on 10.10.2023.
