O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 02.09.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.25077 of 2024, thereby quashing the cancellation of license order dated 15.06.2024 with liberty to issue fresh show cause notice and pass orders by giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that, on the very same day, i.e., on 02.09.2024, the respondent issued a show cause notice to the petitioner, afforded an opportunity to submit his explanation, and thereafter passed an order on 30.09.2024. He also produced a copy of the order dated 30.09.2024 passed by the first respondent, before this Court. 3.

In view of the above submission, no contempt is made out against the respondents and the contempt petition is dismissed. However, if any grievance over the order passed by the first respondent, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said order in the manner known law.
