2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would fairly submit that the order of which willful disobedience is alleged is already taken to the Supreme Court by filing SLP and an interim order has been passed therein.

In view of the said disclosure, this contempt petition is not maintainable and is, therefore, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
