The petition for transfer is filed to withdraw the above HMOP No.125 of 2022 filed by the respondent pending on the file of the Family Court Judge, Thiruvallur and to transfer the same to Principal Sub Judge at Poonamallee.

2. Since both the Courts are functioning under the administrative control of the Principal District Judge, Thiruvallur, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Principal District Judge, Thiruvallur for transfer of the case.
