The petitioner in both petitions, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offences under Sections Sections 120(B), 406, 418, 420, 506(1) of IPC, in Crime No.36 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. It is seen that this Court by an order dated 23.11.2023 in Crl.O.P.Nos.

24278 & 24280 of 2019, quashed the FIR in Crime No.36 of 2019 as against the petitioners.

3. In view of the quashment of FIR, the present petitions for anticipatory bail are closed.
