This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.139 of 2024 pending on the file of the 2nd 1/4

respondent to some other agency.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the investigation in this case has been done fairly and completed. Final report is likely to be filed within a period of one week. There is no truth in the allegations made against the Investigating Officer, which warrants transfer of investigation. 3.

This Court, on perusing the petition and the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), is of the view that there is no necessity to transfer the investigation to some other agency, since the 1st respondent herein has completed the investigation and ready to file the final report within a period of one week. Hence this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. If the petitioner is aggrieved for any reason regarding the final report, he is always at liberty to file protest petition before the Court concern and seek for redressal. 02.09.2024 Index : Yes/No rpl To 2/4
