This petition has been filed to relax one of the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18981 of 2024 vide order dated 06.08.2024, viz.,the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tiruvannamalai everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side and taking into consideration of the fact that the investigation is completed and the petitioner had complied with the aforesaid condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
