The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the respondent police to register the FIR against the named person on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 22.02.2016.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent on 22.02.2016. But the respondent has not shown any interest to enquire the matter and register the case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.38/2016 has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 420 and 464 IPC.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
