Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 523 days in paying the deficit court fee is condoned.

Registry is directed to number the main Civil miscellaneous appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission. The name of learned counsel for 2nd respondent shall be printed in the cause list at the time of listing the case for admission.
