Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of CrPC., to transfer investigation of the case in Cr.No.33 of 2017 pending on the file of the 6th respondent police to any other independent agency or C.B.C.I.D., Officer under the supervision of the 1st respondent and 2nd respondent and further to file the final report in the said case within a reasonable time period to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.33 of 2017 pending on the file of the 6th respondent police to any other independent agency or C.B.C.I.D., Officer under the supervision of the respondents 1&2 and to file the final report in the said case within a reasonable time period to be fixed by this Court.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the 1st respondent, on instructions, submitted that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed in C.C.No.17 of 2017 on 19.07.2017 and compromise submitted its before the Court below and further action has been dropped in Crime No.33 of 2017 pending on the file of the 6th respondent police, hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner herein has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
3. Recording the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition, hence, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
