CMP.No.20584 of 2021 has been filed to implead the proposed parties 4 to 6 viz., (i) T.Ranganayaki, (ii) T. Vijayaselvi and (iii) V.T. Lakshmi in the above appeal.

CMP.No.20589 of 2021 has been filed to bring on record the third respondent viz., T.Balasubramanian @ T.Balaji as the legal representative of the deceased sole appellant T.Nagarathinam in the above appeal. CMP.No.20592 of 2021 has been filed to bring on record the petitioner viz., T.Shanthi as the legal representative of the deceased sole appellant T.Nagarathinam as the second appellant in the above appeal. 2.On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, and upon hearing the learned counsel for the parties, as proposed respondents are necessary parties for effective adjudication in the above appeal, these petitions are allowed.

3. List the suit on 29.08.2022.

29.07.2022 Note : Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the above appeal.
