(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking a direction to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 20.07.2020 passed in Crl.M.P.No.18748 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.897 of 2019.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is not complying with the condition no.8(iii) imposed by this Court on 20.07.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.18748 of 2019.

In such view of the matter, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands dismissed with a direction to the petitioner to comply with the aforesaid condition for a minimum period of three months and thereafter, approach this for relaxation of the same.
