This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners on 09.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.17574 of 2023 to surrender and execute bail bond.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioners are directed to surrender and execute the bail bond as ordered by this Court, on or before 18.09.2023, failing which, anticipatory bail granted by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
