2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that, after filing of the writ petition, the prayer in the writ petition is fructified.

3. In the light of that, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.26573 of 2022 is closed.
