This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31897 of 2022 dated 23.12.2022 to report before the respondent police on every Wednesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31897 of 2022 dated 23.12.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
