This application has been filed to vacate the interim injunction granted by this Court on 13.02.2018 in O.A.No.137 of 2018 in C.S.No.96 of 2018.

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the respondent that the suit has been proceeded on the basis of the draft version and now after the same has been exhibited, this application has been filed to show as if it is the final version and hence the document cannot be admitted and the suit is in the final stage.

3. The defendant can place his objection with regard to the document at the trial and the admissibility and reliability of the document will be decided by this Court at the time of disposal. It is made clear that the defendant can make his objection with regard to the documents and the same shall be recorded by the Master.

4. Accordingly, this application is allowed. Post on 26.09.2019 before Additional Master-II for cross examination of P.W.1 and the evidence shall be completed by both sides on or before 18.10.2019.
