Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings of the second respondent dated 08.08.2019 made in RFL/Sembiam/55/2019, quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to register the settlement deed dated 08.08.2019 executed by Mr.Ashwath Jerome Rathan and Mr.Abimael Leonard Ranjan to and in favour of the petitioner relating to 2/3 undivided share of fifty percentage of the total area of 2438 sq.ft of land with building bearing old Door No.34, New No.46, Plot No.63, Jawahar Nagar 4th Circular Road, Peravallur, more particularly the entire ground premises including the stair case (Portion of 70 ft.) comprised in R.S.No.281/2, 282/3 and 283, T.S.No.29, Block No.35, Peravallur Village, within the sub registration district of Sembiam without probate order.
