This petition has been filed to amend the sections as 294(b), 147, 448, 504, 355 & 506(ii) of IPC instead of 294(b), 147, 148,448, 504, 355 & 506(ii) of IPC in Crl.O.P.No. 22201 of 2022 dated 14.09.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.22201 of 2022, dated 14.09.2022 and issue fresh order copy.

Further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to execute the sureties as directed by this Court, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
