This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.362 of 2014 within a time frame fixed by this Court 1/3

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ulundurpet, and the same is yet to be taken cognizance.

In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ulundurpet, to act upon the final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and proceed further in accordance with law. 4.
