ORDER

This application has been filed seeking interim direction directing the 1 st respondent / 1 st defendant to produce all original documents of the properties purchased by the father of the applicant / plaintiff. But however, the list of such

documents which are to be produced have not been mentioned in the annexure to the Judges Summons.

2.It is the contention raised that the 1 st defendant being the son of the family was in a position to secure the title documents of the properties of the father and therefore, by this application, the applicant seeks a direction for the st defendant to produce the original.

3.It would be helpful if the list of documents had been given as the 1 st defendant cannot go around searching and assume the nature of documents required by the applicant. Even otherwise, it would only be prudent that a notice to produce documents is first issued to the 1 st defendant and thereafter, the matter is taken up through its logical conclusion. 4.Observing as above, this application stands closed with liberty to proceed further in manner known to law relating to production of documents. 09-06-2025 smv Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes
