This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime No.271 of 2018 on the file of second respondent.

2. Heard Mr.Krishnasamy Chinnasamy, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the investigation has been completed and the draft final report is also ready and the final report is going to be filed for offences u/s.279, 337, 304(A) and 338 IPC. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor seeks for two weeks time for filing final report in this case. 2/4

4. The submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. There shall be a direction to the respondents to file the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Ulundurpet, within a period of two

(2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Ulundurpet, is directed to act upon the same as expeditiously as possible.
