2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein F.I.R in Crime No.15 of 2023 was registered on 24.04.2023 for the alleged offences under Section 420 IPC and Section 66D of Information and Technology Act, 2000 against the accused persons. He further submitted that investigation is under progress and hence, he prays time to file the final report/charge sheet.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent/Police to expedite the investigation and file a final report/charges sheet as expeditiously as possible. 23.07.2025 Index : Yes/No Speaking Order : Yes/No ms 2/4
