Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd Respondent in the 'Informatoin Brochure 2022-2023 for admission to PG-NEET/NEET-MDS based degree courses (M.D./M.D.S.) in Government/Private Colleges in the U.T. of Puducherry' dated 21.09.2022, quash clause 7(iv) of the same and consequently direct the 2nd Respondent to conduct the mop-up round of Counselling for the Management quota seats in PG medical seats available in the Petitioner Institution by allowing candidates on All-India basis to participate. The present writ petition has been filed challenging the admission of the year 2022-2023 and that now the admission is over at this length of time, hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that nothing survives for further consideration in the present writ petition. He has also made an endorsement in the court bundle to that effect.

2. In view of the same, the present writ petition is dismissed as 2/4

infructuous. However, the question of law raised in the present writ petition is left open. No costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petitions are closed.
