ORDER

This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to initiate necessary penal action against the respondents 4 to 8, based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2025. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 8, and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands disposed of. No costs.
