2. Heard Mr.K.C.Ramamurthy, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr.K.Sai Sharavan Kumar for respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that they have no objections in allowing this application. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed support of the application and the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, this application stands allowed.
