This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.21 of 2015 registered on 11.10.2015 by the 1st respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyatham, Vellore District, on 05.12.2015 for offences under Sections 294(b), 498-A, 323 and 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of the Woman Harassment Act, 2012.
