....Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to move the Electric Pillar Box in end of the street which was installed in front of the petitioner's house situated at No.5/10, Periyar Nagar, 3rd Cross Street, Srinivasa Nagar, Padi, Chennai - 600 050.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to move the Electric Pillar Box in end of the street which was installed in front of the petitioner's house situated at No.5/10, Periyar Nagar, 3rd Cross Street, Srinivasa Nagar, Padi, Chennai - 600 050.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board installed an Electric Pol in front of the petitioner's house which is causing hurdle to the petitioner to enter his house. Moreover, heavy voltage wire also hanging in front of the petitioner's house and when the same is represented to the authorities vide representation dated 14.09.2022, no action has been initiated by them. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. Learned Senior Counsel for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 14.09.2022 will be considered by the respondents on its own merits and in accordance with law, within the time fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the same, this Court is inclined to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 2/4

14.09.2022 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
