ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested by the respondent police for an offence under Sections 417, 376 and 313 IPC in Crime No.22 of 2021, seeks bail.

It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner and the defacto complainant loved each other and the petitioner had sexual intercourse with the defacto complainant on the promise that he would marry her. Subsequently, the victim has become pregnant and thereafter, the petitioner had given some tablet to the defacto complainant and aborted the child and refused to marry her. Hence this complaint.

3. It is seen from records that this is the third bail petition filed by the petitioner. The previous orders, dismissing the Criminal Original petitions in Crl.O.P.Nos.20547 and 22323 of 2021 was passed by this Court on 01.11.2021 and 24.11.2021.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that there is no change in circumstances after the previous orders were passed on merits. Hence, the learned Government Advocate vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no change of circumstances arises for considering the third bail petition. Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
