ORDER

This Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the Learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore in MP.No.1 of 2023 in C.A.No.368 of 2023 dated 02.12.2023 in so far as the condition No.4(ii) is concerned.

2. The Appellate Court has declined to extend the time and dismissed such application, as against which, this Petition has been filed. While admitting, this Court has granted time till 19.08.2025 to deposit 20% and granted interim stay.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the entire cheque amount will be settled and compounding applications would be filed before the Appellate Court within a period of two weeks.

4. In such view of the matter, permission is granted to the petitioner. If the matter is settled within two weeks, it is for the petitioner to file necessary

compounding applications before the concerned Court. In the event that there is no settlement, time is extended to deposit 20% of the amount, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
