This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.441 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent.

2. Heard Mr.P.Sathish Kumar, learned counsel for petitioners and Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate [Crl.Side] appearing for first respondent.

3. Learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that investigation has been completed and that the final report will be filed before the concerned jurisdictional Court today.

4. In view of the above, there is no scope for interfering with the First Information Report at this stage. If ultimately, the concerned Court takes cognizance of the final report and summons is issued to the petitioners and if the petitioners are aggrieved by the same, it is left open 2/4
