This petition is filed to amend the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.12217 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.552 of 2019 dated 28.8.2019 praying to amend the satisfaction Court as the learned Special Judge, Special Court of Prevention of Corruption Act at Villupuram, instead of learned Judicial Magistrate, Valavanur .

2. Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that this Court, by its order dated 28.8.2019, suspended the sentence of imprisonment imposed on the appellant till the disposal of the appeal and he was ordered to be enlarged on bail on executing a bond for Rs.50,000/- with two sureties, each, for a likesum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Valavanur, Villupuram.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that this Court while enlarging the petitioner on bail, had stated satisfaction Magistrate as Judicial Magistrate, Valavanur as stated in the petition. The satisfaction Court to be Special Judge, Special Court of Prevention of Corruption Act, Villupuram. Hence seeking amendment, the present petition for incorporating the correct satisfaction Magistrate as stated above in the order dated 28.8.2019.

msr Crl.A.No.552 of 2019, dated 28.8.2019, the satisfaction Magistrate is amended as 'Special Judge, Special Court of Prevention of Corruption Act, Villupuram' instead of Judicial Magistrate, Valavanur.

5. The petition is ordered accordingly.
