This application has been filed to grant visitation rights for the minor child Dhakshith Seyon A, every Saturday and Sunday between 5.00 p.m to 7.00 p.m. Presently in the clinging custody of the respondent, pending disposal of the above original petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant / father and respondent / mother.

3. This court, for the present is not going into the allegations and counter allegations, reply allegations and rejoinder allegations. It is the application for visitation rights taken out by the father to visit the minor child Dhakshith Seyon on every Saturday and Sunday between 5.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. In the interest and welfare of the child, for the initial period of three (3) weeks, let the minor child Dhakshith Seyon be produced before the applicant / father at the Creech attached to the Family Court, Chennai between 4.00 p.m. and 5.00 p.m. This petition is ordered accordingly. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
