ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 4 to 6 to consider the representation dated 25.06.2019 submitted by the petitioner and dispose of the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that, in this regard, the petitioner has already filed a suit in O.S.No.124 of 2015 as against the respondents 1 to 3 herein on the file of the District Munsif Court, Chidambaram, for bare injunction.

4. In view of the above, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered and the writ petition lacks merit. Hence it is liable to be dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh suit as against the respondents 1 to 3 in the manner known to law.
