ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to give police protection to fence the property owned by the petitioner to an extent of acre 2.46 in Survey No.765/2B and 765/3 of Agaramcherry Village, Ambur Taluk, Vellore District, as detailed in the petition dated 26.08.2016 to the respondents in a time bound manner.

Heard both sides.

It is seen that the petitioner has sent a representation dated 26.08.2016 by Registered Post with Acknowledgment Due to the Superintendent of Police, Vellore, seeking police protection to fence her property.

Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh representation to the second respondent, viz., the Inspector of Police, Pallikonda Police Station, Vellore and on such representation being given, the second respondent is directed to call both the parties and conduct an enquiry and take action in accordance with law and give police protection to the petitioner, if necessary.
