Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the petition has been filed to condone the delay of 305 days in filing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.113202 of 2024.

2. Even though the name of the learned Counsel for the Respondent2/Insurance Company is printed in the cause list, there is no representation for Respondent-2.

3. Since the petition is filed to condone the delay in filing the Appeal, the petition in C.M.P.No.20213 of 2024 is allowed on condition that the Appellant is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 305 days.

4. Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order and to print the name of learned Counsel for the Respondent-2, if Vakalat is filed and found proper.
